Feldbinder EUT is a horizontal silo semi-trailer (non-tipping) with pneumatic discharge — no hydraulic system. According to the manufacturer, the series covers a capacity range of 31–60 m³. It is the most widely used Feldbinder model for the transport of cement, granulates, and bulk materials, available in aluminium and stainless steel versions. The manufacturer’s range also includes the KIP (tipping silo), HEUT/HZEUT (full trailers), and AUF (bodywork) series. In international terminology the EUT is a Feldbinder trailer (silo trailer / bulk trailer) — the same silo semi-trailer. Capacity note. The 31–60 m³ range is taken from the manufacturer’s official website (feldbinder.com). The trailer designation (e.g. EUT 55.3) includes the nominal capacity in m³. We confirm the exact capacity of a specific trailer once we have the VIN number.
What the EUT carries
The EUT is a versatile horizontal silo semi-trailer — the choice of version (aluminium or stainless steel) depends on the cargo:
- Cement and lime — aluminium and steel versions
- PE/PP granulates, recyclates — plastics transport
- Food-grade materials (flour, sugar, starch) — stainless steel 316L versions, food-grade certified
- Bulk chemicals — stainless steel versions with appropriate passivation treatment
For poorly-flowing materials (cement, fly ash) that require complete gravity-assisted discharge, the tipping Feldbinder KIP is the preferred choice.
